By visiting Nawazd Stud or purchasing any of our horses or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, respectful, and professional relationship between our team and our clients.

1. Horse Sales

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Horses are sold “as is” based on their condition and training at the time of sale. Vet checks can be arranged at the buyer’s expense before purchase.

2. Booking & Breeding Services

Stallion bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Breeding services are subject to availability and seasonal scheduling.

3. Mare Boarding & Care

All mares boarded at Nawazd Stud will receive the highest level of care. However, owners are required to provide up-to-date health and vaccination records. Nawazd Stud is not liable for unforeseen illness or injury.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our horses and visitors, Nawazd Stud is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred while on our premises.

5. Changes & Updates

Nawazd Stud reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates.
